How to use i2u.uk?
As a business owner or a sole-trader:
Simply login, or register, e.g. using the login icon
in the top menu

Add your business here

Your cunsomers/clients can use your webpage to communicate with you, e.g. arrange appointments with you.

You can always edit your business details by clicking on the edit
icon in your business dashboard

Your dashboards are available from your dashboards page

You can start by just giving a name for your business and add details later by editing it in business dashboard
What you can add to your free webpage?

An image
-
Title and description, which will be visible to search engines like Google
Your services and prices (five items)

Your working hours
-
Members of your team
-
Your business calendar/schedule

Your contact details
-
Your business address: if add your post code, your page will show your business on google map

Links to your website, facebook, istagram and twitter
Your page will also have a "Book an Appoinment" button as well a a contact form for your cusomers visting your webpage.
As a users:
Visit a business webpage e.g. i2u.uk/test3 and look for
"Book an Appoinment"
button to ask for an appointment with the business.
The business will be notified about your request.
You will receive a confimation email, when the business agrees.
Unregistered visitors of business webpages also can:
Visit a business webpage e.g. i2u.uk/test3 and use the
"Book an Appoinment"
button, then give an email and password to register and book an appointment in one step.
Using calendars
In your user calendar you have:
Appoinments that you requested (marked in green)
Appoinments that others have made on your webpage(s) (marked in red)

appointments or events that you make for yourself (marked in blue)

Ability to make appointments in your calendar by clicking where you want to add an event/appointment.

Ability to change your appointments/events by dragging, modifying or moving them.

Appointments with expired time, are shown in pale colors

You might need to refresh the calendar page to see immediate changes
In the calender in a business webpage, you have:
Appoinments requests made to the business marked in darker red
Confirned appoinments marked in brighter red and a green border

The ability to click on the free spaces on the calendar and ask for appointment

Of course calendars are visible in the business webpages, when owners opted for them to be so
